Garlic Gouda (6 oz)

A variation of our classic gouda that has been enhanced with real garlic in the curd stage.  The garlic flavor has time to meld into the cheese as it ages, giving a robust flavor to the sweet creamy gouda.  A cheese made especially for garlic lovers!!  Awesome in cheese omelets!
